Day 5 & 6 Been busy since the weather cleared, day 5 didn't look like much at sunrise but decided stop the car and drink my coffee by the lake's edge. After getting out of the car I heard a familiar sound, looked up and there was an osprey about a 100' from me, ease back to my car and got the camera and he stayed there for two hours. This after trying to get close to one the day before for 3 hours and the best I could do was 500 yards. Day 6 was really hard to get out of bed, but did and made it to the spot I'd planned to shoot sunrise, and the light was good-- got some good shots, but not quite what I had in mind. So I went to my second spot and that turned out to be perfect. Check it out on my Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=770814182929326&id=100000022540544&substory_ Did a trip to the Santee National Wildlife Refuge and discovered a neat place and the Santee birding festival coming up in April with a photography contest-plan to enter that and come back and spend more time there. Anyway that all for this trip-- now it 'a on to the next project. Just a final photo of the trip-- this was my first time to see one of these....A Teslr charging station!!!
